Aratis Consultants Faridabad in Rajasthan seeks an experienced LTCT shopfloor leader to optimize safety, quality and productivity. You will drive OEE improvements, reduce cycle times and scale capacity across CT/PT transformer manufacturing lines.

We value hands-on Lean, Six Sigma and RCA/CAPA expertise, with a proven ability to lead large teams and develop shopfloor talent for sustainable performance gains.

Formación

• Electrical engineer with 10–15 years in CT/PT or transformer manufacturing.
• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, SPC and PFMEA.
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and improving shopfloor efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage LTCT shopfloor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Drive OEE, cycle time reduction and capacity enhancement.
• Lead RCA/CAPA and development of Lean projects and teams.
