Job summary

Havells is seeking a hands-on Production Leader to oversee LT Cable/Wire manufacturing operations in Rajasthan. The role focuses on executing daily to monthly production plans, optimizing resource use, and driving productivity with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.

• Hands-on experience in LT Cable/Wire manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of cable production processes and quality systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet output targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Drive productivity improvement and minimize process losses/wastage.
