Job summary

Leadec, a global service specialist for factories, seeks a Manager - Operations to oversee utility O&M activities in our Maharashtra operations. The role focuses on independent management of HT/LT electrical systems, transformer and DG maintenance, and energy performance across multiple site utilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or BE in Electrical engineering, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA, RCAs, and SAP PM to ensure uptime and compliance across the

• HT/LT electrical maintenance and transformer/DG upkeep.
• Air compressor systems upkeep.
• Cooling towers, pumps, and water distribution system maintenance.
• ETP/STP operations and maintenance.
• Utility distribution networks upkeep.
• PLC, DCS, SCADA operations and maintenance.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Root cause analysis (RCA) for failures.
• Contractor management and statutory compliance.
