Position Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support day-to-day shop floor operations.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assist in TPM activities including autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment efficiency monitoring.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and production-related issues.

• Monitor machine performance and recommend corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
