Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.
• Freshers to 10 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience in CT/PT transformer manufacturing or electrical equipment manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production activities per the production schedule and delivery requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing processes for CT and PT transformers.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Monitor the availability and utilization of raw materials, components, tools, and manpower.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, Design, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
• Follow approved drawings, SOPs, and manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor production progress and maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and rejection/rework data.
• Identify production bottlenecks, minimize material wastage, and improve productivity.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Support quality inspections, testing activities, and corrective actions in coordination with the Quality Department.
• Use basic ERP software for production entries, material tracking, inventory updates, and reporting.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manufacturing costs and improve efficiency.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Engineer to join our CT & PT (Current Transformer & Potential Transformer) manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing daily production activities to ensure timely manufacturing of quality products as per production schedules, technical specifications, and company standards.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.

Educational Qualification

Experience

• Freshers to 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in CT/PT transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment manufacturing, or a related industry will be preferred.
• Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Basic knowledge of CT/PT transformers and their manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Basic ERP knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and production documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
