Job summary

Aanseacore is seeking an experienced Shopfloor Manager – LTCT to lead daily LTCT manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical manufacturing (CT/PT or transformer), plus expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and OEE, with proven large workforce management experience and RCA/CAPA capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in CT/PT, transformer, or electrical manufacturing.
• Experience leading a workforce of 150+ operators.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, SPC, OEE, and PFMEA.
• Proven RCA/CAPA and root-cause analysis experience.
• Leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily LTCT manufacturing operations.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Monitor production plans and adherence to schedules.
• Lead OEE improvement, cycle-time reduction, and capacity enhancements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and IE teams.
• Mentor supervisors and operators for continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Shainin methodology, Six Sigma, TPM, SPC, OEE, and PFMEA.
• Experience in production planning, process improvement, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (RCA/CAPA).
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations across LTCT manufacturing lines.
• Ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Monitor production plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Drive OEE improvement, cycle-time reduction, and capacity enhancement initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions using RCA, CAPA, Lean, and other problem-solving tools.
• Ensure compliance with process standards and work instructions.
• Monitor rejections, rework, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Industrial Engineering teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and operational performance.
