Job summary

Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt Ltd (Por GIDC) in Vadodara is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee CT/PT transformer manufacturing processes and ensure ERP data entry for production orders. The role involves coordinating winding, core assembly, insulation, and assembly in line with the production plan.

Freshers and experienced engineers with Electrical or Mechanical qualifications are welcome to apply. Strong coordination, documentation, and adherence to safety and 5S standards are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–10 years of experience.
• Freshers welcome with Electrical/Mechanical qualifications; knowledge of ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities according to the production plan and schedule.
• Coordinate CT/PT manufacturing processes, including winding, core assembly, insulation, and assembly.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders and achievement of production targets.
• Maintain daily production reports, job cards, work orders, and manufacturing records.
• Perform basic ERP entries related to production orders, material consumption, production output, and job status.
• Coordinate with stores for material availability and issuance.
• Work with QA/testing to resolve production-related issues.
• Monitor material utilization, wastage, and production rejection.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Identify production delays and take corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Follow safety rules, 5S, and quality standards.

• Identify production delays and take necessary corrective actions in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Follow workplace safety rules, 5S practices, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with planning, purchase, stores, testing, quality, and dispatch departments.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CT/PT transformer manufacturing processes.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of ERP software and data entry.
• Ability to maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material management, and production planning is an advantage.
