Job summary

The Moleculez in Mumbai is seeking a Shipping Executive with 0–2 years of experience to coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and forwarders, and manage shipment documentation. Work from office in Ghatkopar.

You will track shipments, prepare SI/invoices, coordinate DOs, book containers, and maintain shipment records in Excel. Basic English communication and Excel skills are desired, with opportunities to grow in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, forwarders, and transporters for smooth shipment handling.
• Track export and import shipments and share regular status updates; handle SI, invoices and other shipping documents.
• Follow up with shipping lines and agents for DOs and shipment updates.
• Book containers and arrange transport for cargo movement.
• Communicate with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment status.
• Maintain records of shipments, bills, and reports in Excel or company software.
• Take quotations from forwarders and support freight comparison.
• Ensure timely coordination for dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Support team in day-to-day shipping and logistics activities.

Job Title: Shipping Executive (Minimum 0-2 Years of Experience)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, forwarders, and transporters for smooth shipment handling
• Track export and import shipments and share regular status updates Handle basic documentation such as Shipping Instructions (SI), invoices, and other shipping documents
• Follow up with shipping lines and agents for delivery orders (DO) and shipment updates
• Book containers and arrange transport for cargo movement
• Communicate with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment status
• Maintain records of shipments, bills, and reports in Excel or company software
• Take quotations from forwarders and support in freight comparison
• Ensure timely coordination for dispatch and delivery of goods
• Support team in day-to-day shipping and logistics activities
