Job summary

Avani Consulting is hiring a Shipping Executive in Bangalore to manage stock, pricing cross-checks between ERP and PO, and coordinate with KAM for amendments.

The role requires 1–4 years of FMCG experience, strong coordination with warehouses, vendors, and PTL partners to ensure timely deliveries, and thorough MIS reporting for order management.

Qualifications

• B.Tech degree required.
• 1–4 years experience in FMCG or related domain.
• Experience in shipping/logistics operations.
• Knowledge of ERP and PO cross-checking with KAM.

Responsibilities

• Validate stock availability and cross-check pricing between ERP and PO; coordinate with KAM for amendments.
• Coordinate shipment releases with warehouses and vendors for on-time delivery.
• Track material movement daily and maintain PO, sales order, and shipment trackers.
• Coordinate with PTL partners to ensure daily deliveries per schedule.
• Maintain dispatch hygiene: appointment adherence and stock clearance processes.
• Investigate failed deliveries or returns and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve customer issues with accurate data and solutions.
• Create and maintain order management MIS and reports.
• Liaise with CFA/SCM team to maximize fill rates and supply chain performance.

Job Description:

Ecom - Implant (Shipping executive)

Masters management: Validate stock availability, and cross-check product pricing between ERP and PO and Co-ordinate with KAM for ammendments

Dispatch management: Coordinate shipment releases with warehouses and vendors for timely delivery

Dispatch management: Track material movement daily and maintain critical reports (PO tracker, sales order tracker, shipment tracker, etc.)

Dispatch management: Coordinate with PTL partners to ensure all daily deliveries are completed as per scheduled appointment slots

Dispatch hygiene: Ensuring Appointment adherence

Dispatch hygiene: Handle stock returns and clearance processes efficiently

Liaise: Investigate any failed deliveries or returns and implement corrective actions.

Dispatch hygiene: Resolve customer issues with accurate data and solutions.

MIS: Create and Maintain Order Management process and reporting

Liaise: Maximize fill rates and optimize supply chain performance by liaising with CFA/ SCM team
