Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Dispatch, Shipping, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Packaging, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch operations, and transporter coordination.
• Exposure to ERP/SAP systems preferred.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily dispatches as per production and sales plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, tracking, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain packaging material inventory and ensure availability for production.
• Track movement of materials between plants and warehouses.
• Ensure proper warehouse stacking, storage, and inventory controls.
• Monitor labour productivity and loading/unloading activities.
• Support logistics planning, transport negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain logistics MIS, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
