Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of transportation coordination, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP or inventory systems experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of stock to branches.
• Plan and monitor movement between warehouses, branches, vendors, and other locations.
• Follow-up and complete GRN for stock delivered to branches.
• Bridge between warehouse and branches.
• Manage branch escalations and resolve with timelines.
• Coordinate with branch managers for issues related to books and uniforms.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Logistics to manage day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate transportation and deliveries, track shipments, and ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring on time delivery of stock to the branches
• Plan and monitor the movement of goods between warehouses, branches, vendors, and other designated locations.
• Follow-up and get the GRN done for the stock delivered to the branches.
• Will be working as a bridge between warehouse and Branches
• Manage branch escalations and ensure resolution with timelines.
• Coordinate with branch managers and principles for handling issues related to books and uniform
• Should have good data analysis skills and strong in overall data management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
