Job summary

Avani Consulting is seeking an Implant executive-E commerce in Bangalore. This role targets achieving fill rate, coordinating between KAMs and MDM teams, ensuring correct assortments, and onboarding new customers in SAP.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in implant/e-commerce operations within FMCG, and be ready to relocate to Bangalore. Any Graduate or MBA with relevant exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post graduate with preferred MBAs in business management.
• 3+ years of experience in implant/e-commerce operations or FMCG supply chain.
• Familiarity with SAP onboarding for new accounts and PO processing.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target fill rate for assigned categories and accounts.
• Coordinate with KAMs, CDMs, and MDM teams for master data and issue resolution.
• Maintain correct assortment at account end to secure POs.
• Coordinate with logistics for fixed shipment days and appointments.
• Onboard new customers in SAP and ensure stock availability against POs.
• Reconcile fill rate weekly/monthly with account SC team.

We have job opportunities with Leading FMCG Company for the position of Implant Executive

Position: Implant executive-E commerce

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate(Most preferably BTech and MBA)

Experience: min 3 years

Salary:min 5 LPA

*Job Location: Bangalore

Relocation: Candidate should be ready to relocate

Key Responsibilities

• a. Achieving Target Fill rate for assigned categories and Accounts.
• b. Master Issue Resolution by coordinating between KAMs, CDMs, and internal & external MDM teams.
• c. Correct Assortment has to be maintained at Account end to get correct POs.
• d. Coordinate with logistics and Branch teams to get appointments or align for Fixed days of Shipment with Account.
• e. Daily working from WS has to monitored
• i. Take amendments for EAN, BC, MRP mismatch for open Pos.
• ii. Coordinate with Supply planning team to ensure stock availability against POs.
• iii. PO extension if required.
• iv. Correct SAP mismatch issues if any.
• f. Reconcile Fill Rate weekly/monthly after end of month with Account Category SC team.
• g. Maintaining & Updating Linking Listing tracker of articles including NPI.
• h. Update the Master data for articles with correct EAN codes and SSKUs as per Business plans.
• i. Connect with Account to understand operation pain points and help resolve with correct stakeholder.
• j. Onboarding in SAP for new customers.
• k. Track in stock availability with coordination with SC team and Account.
