Job summary

Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL) in Vadodara seeks a Restaurant Operations Leader to drive guest experience, operational discipline, and team performance. You will lead excellence initiatives, ensure staffing and service speed, and uphold safety standards to deliver consistent quality.

You will partner with store managers, train and develop team members, and implement local marketing and selling initiatives to grow sales while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Leads Operational Excellence & Guest Experience.
• Handles guest concerns using LEADS with urgency and empathy.
• Responds to guest feedback with actionable plans to improve service.
• Ensures shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve service speed goals.
• Empowers the team to satisfy guest needs and resolve concerns effectively.
• Executes processes to meet safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards inside and outside the store.
• Communicates guest feedback to the team and involves them in action plans.
• Builds team talent through training, scheduling, and development plans.
• Drives local store marketing, tracks performance, and sets goals.
• Ensures maintenance, product availability, and quality standards.
• Promotes suggestive selling techniques to boost sales.
• Collaborates with managers to resolve issues and adjusts shift plans.
