Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts.
• Maintain store hygiene, food safety, and quality standards per company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and timely shift handovers.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare shift rosters and manage manpower allocation effectively.
• Resolve employee issues and promote a positive team environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in onboarding new staff.
• Ensure customers receive quick, courteous, and accurate service.
• Handle feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and implement local store marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
• Ensure all statutory and company policies (FSSAI, fire safety, hygiene) are followed.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain operational and safety standards.
