Job summary

Devyani International - KFC India is seeking a shift supervisor/operations member to manage daily restaurant tasks, oversee team briefings, labour, inventory, and safety compliance. The role emphasizes hands-on training, adherence to SOPs, and leadership in a high-volume environment.

The candidate will streamline operations under RGM direction, model best practices, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining company standards across facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Conduct briefings, share targets & updates with team members.
• Assists in management of day-to-day operations by managing labour, counting inventory and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
• Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company standards on a day-to-time basis.
• Supervises others efficiently and coordinates their work.
• Assists in management of day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
• Ensures health and safety compliances, and company safety and security policies are met.

Responsibilities
