Role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing cash handling and daily reconciliations, plus implementing local marketing initiatives. You will conduct audits and ensure compliance across regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts.
• Maintain store hygiene, food safety, and quality standards as per company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and timely shift handovers.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Prepare shift rosters and manage manpower allocation effectively.
• Resolve employee issues and promote a positive team environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in new staff onboarding.
• Ensure every customer receives quick, courteous, and accurate service.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
