Job summary

Questhr Greater Noida is seeking a proactive store operations professional to manage day-to-day store activities in a busy retail environment in Karnataka.

You will drive sales, lead and coach the store team, oversee inventory, merchandising and billing, ensure excellent customer service, and regularly share performance reports while upholding company policies and brand standards.

This role requires strong communication, consistency, and a passion for retail excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets.
• Manage, motivate, and monitor the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inventory, stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching/training.
• Maintain proper billing, cash handling, and operational discipline.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
