Job summary

Lifestyle is seeking a Store Manager for the Bhuj area in Gujarat to drive store sales and ensure targets are met. You will lead customer-facing activities, manage stock, execute promotions, and oversee staffing, training, and compliance with SOPs and brand standards.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, maintaining VM standards, and coordinating with housekeeping and security. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and consistently achieve set targets

• Lead from the front in Meet, Greet & Direct approach
• Proactively resolve customer queries and complaints
• Ensure timely receipt and availability of stock
• Implement measures to control shrinkage
• Adhere to GC/PI calendar
• Execute campaigns and promotions as per timelines
• Maintain VM and planogram standards
• Drive growth in TIC contribution
• Ensure timely induction and onboarding
• Drive engagement, retention, and productivity
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and task allocation
• Deliver training as per Career Passport and keep records updated
• Maintain store facilities as per company norms
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security agencies
• Achieve audit standards and act on mystery audit feedback
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and brand standards
