Job summary

Lifestyle in Gandhidham, India is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive store sales, greet customers, ensure stock availability, and maintain brand and VM standards.

You will manage staff scheduling, onboarding, training, promotions, audits, compliance, and safety, collaborating with housekeeping and security, while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving KPIs. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and consistently achieve set targets
• Ensure all store KPIs are met
• Lead from the front in Meet, Greet & Direct” approach
• Proactively resolve customer queries and complaints
• Ensure timely receipt and availability of stock
• Implement measures to control shrinkage
• Adhere to GC/PI calendar
• Execute campaigns and promotions as per timelines
• Maintain VM and planogram standards
• Drive growth in TIC contribution
• Ensure timely induction and onboarding
• Drive engagement, retention, and productivity
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and task allocation
• Deliver training as per Career Passport and keep records updated
• Maintain store facilities as per company norms
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security agencies
• Achieve audit standards and act on mystery audit feedback
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and brand standards
