Job summary

IBM India Consulting seeks a Package Consultant specialized in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management to design and deploy HR technology solutions that enable key business capabilities and strategic initiatives for clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand requirements, deliver tailored Time Management configurations, ensure smooth integrations, provide training, and offer ongoing support to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to internal and external Time Management integrations and seamless integration skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and its business capabilities.
• Experience designing HR technology solutions to meet client requirements, including time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design Time Management solutions to meet needs.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central Time functions and integrations.
• Provide training and support to clients on Time Management tools.

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors Time Management, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Analyze Client Requirements: Understand client needs and design solutions to meet their Time Management requirements, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.
• Implement and Configure Solutions: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central Time functions, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external Time Management systems.
• Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Time Management tools, enabling them to effectively utilize the system.
• Stay Up-to-Date with New Features: Remain current with new features and releases of SuccessFactors Time Management modules, applying this knowledge to improve solution delivery and support.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Assist in the support and troubleshooting of the Time Management module, resolving issues and ensuring optimal system performance.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management: Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions.
• Time Management Integrations Knowledge: Exposure to internal and external Time Management integrations, with an understanding of how to establish seamless integration with these systems.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience: Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, including understanding its key business capabilities and operational improvements.
• Solution Design and Deployment: Experience designing and deploying HR technology solutions to meet client requirements, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Experience providing support and troubleshooting for Time Management modules, with the ability to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, is beneficial.
• Time Management Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with internal and external Time Management integrations, including understanding how to establish seamless integration with these systems, is advantageous.
