Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant specializing in Employee Central and Time Off to lead and support complex implementations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable HR solutions, configure modules, and drive successful HR transformations.

The role emphasizes time management, integration troubleshooting, and delivering best practices across SAP HXM deployments in a multinational setting. Office-based in Hinjewadi, Pune.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in EC and Time Off.
• End-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Valid SuccessFactors certifications in EC and Time Off demonstrating expertise in configuration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
• Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key EC Time functions.
• Identify and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Integration Issues and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Candidates must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end‑users on system functionality and best practices.
• Advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
• Interact with clients to understand business requirements and finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand the technology landscape, client business areas, functional trends, industry direction, and value propositions for adopting new solutions.

Time Management Job Description As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients’ HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently as part of multi‑cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
• Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
