Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in IT with at least 8 years in business analysis focused on ServiceNow.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements, map processes, and translate into specs and user stories.
• Experience with SAFE Agile framework and Now Assist implementation is a plus; familiarity with integrations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria and training material.
• Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation and solution design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates and facilitate decision making.
• Support testing activities, create test cases, coordinate UAT and validate fixes.
• Prepare implementation documentation, release notes and end-user guides.
• Ability to map business processes and recommend process optimizations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must have 10 years of IT experience and out of which 8 years in business analysis experience with at least 8 years focused on ServiceNow implementations
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM required exposure to SPM WSD a plus and experience in Now Assist implementation
• Familiar with ServiceNow best practices data model and platform constraints
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications process flows user stories acceptance criteria and training materials
