Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks a senior ServiceNow architect focusing on SPM to own end-to-end design and delivery of strategic portfolios.

You will lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders, map portfolio hierarchies and investment/funding models, and shape SPM data structures while guiding integration and data-migration workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM and architecture.
• Experience with demand management and investment funding.
• Proficient in CSDM and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solution architecture and design.
• Design portfolio hierarchy, investment and funding models, and SPM data models.
• Lead SPM architecture/design workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Define SPM solution patterns aligned with best practices.
• Guide development, integration and data-migration teams.
• Review designs and ensure alignment with SPM/EA/APM/CSDM.
• Identify opportunities to use out-of-the-box capabilities over customization.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants.
• Support architecture governance and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow SPM solution architecture and design
• Design portfolio hierarchy, investment and funding models, financial structures and SPM data models
• Lead SPM architecture/design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Define SPM solution patterns aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Guide development, integration and data-migration teams
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment across SPM, EA/APM and CSDM
• Identify opportunities to use OOB ServiceNow capabilities instead of unnecessary customization
• Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants
• Support architecture governance, design reviews and implementation decisions
