Job summary

Paves Global Infotech is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to own end-to-end SPM solution architecture and design. You will lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and ensure alignment with SPM, EA/APM, and CSDM.

You will guide development, integration and data-migration teams, emphasize out-of-the-box capabilities, and provide technical leadership while governing architecture decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow implementation and architecture expertise.
• Good knowledge of SPM, PPM, Demand, Portfolio Planning, Funding, Financial & Resource Management.
• Good knowledge of CSDM, EA/APM, integrations, and ServiceNow data models.
• Experience in solution design, customer workshops, stakeholder management, and architecture governance.
• Ability to lead development, integration, and data-migration teams.
• Strong understanding of OOB ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• CIS-SPM, CSA, CAD, CTA/CA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities
