Job summary

Indus Infotech is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SPM consultant to lead enterprise IT service management initiatives and drive value across multiple business units. The role requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, and a proven ability to map complex requirements into actionable designs.

You will partner with stakeholders, run requirement workshops, and oversee testing, UAT, and documentation to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT experience with 8+ years in business analysis.
• At least 8 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience with SAFe Agile and ServiceNow Agile board is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation and solution design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates and facilitate decisions.
• Support testing activities, create test cases, coordinate UAT and validate fixes.
• Prepare implementation docs, release notes and end-user guides.

Role Overview

SPM Job Description
Must have 10 years of IT experience and out of which 8 years in business analysis experience with at least 8 years focused on ServiceNow implementations
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM required exposure to SPM WSD a plus and experience in Now Assist implementation
Familiar with ServiceNow best practices data model and platform constraints
Translate business requirements into functional specifications process flows user stories acceptance criteria and training materials
Lead workshops for process mapping requirement validation and solution design
Manage stakeholder expectations provide regular status updates and facilitate decision making
Support testing activities Help create test cases coordinate UAT capture defects and validate fixes
Prepare implementation documentation release notes and end-user guides
Ability to map business processes and recommend process optimizations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with SAFe Agile framework and ServiceNow Agile board
