Keka Inc. is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience to independently execute backlog items and deliver production-ready workflow and integration solutions.

The role involves building, configuring, testing, and deploying platform changes, while contributing to upgrade readiness and stabilization. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong expertise in Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP, and CMDB, with a proven track record in upgrade cycles and ITBM.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in IT with 6+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong development capabilities in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Service Catalog development, variable sets, and approvals configuration.
• Integrations development and troubleshooting using REST and SOAP.
• Active Directory integration maintenance and modification.
• Platform administration including ACLs, update sets, and scoped applications.
• Participation in at least one ServiceNow upgrade cycle.
• Operational CMDB configuration and maintenance.
• Certified System Administrator credential held.

Responsibilities

• Execute backlog items covering workflow design, development, testing and deployment.
• Develop and enhance Flow Designer flows, Service Catalog items, and fulfillment processes.
• Must have SPM/ITBM experience.
• Automate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations, including Active Directory integration.
• Support upgrade preparation, remediation, testing, and post‑upgrade stabilization.
• Perform platform configuration and operational troubleshooting.
• Carry out CMDB configuration and maintenance activities.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in technical planning, backlog grooming, and delivery sessions.

This person will build, configure, unit test, and deploy platform changes, and will contribute directly to upgrade readiness and stabilisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved backlog items covering workflow design, development, modification, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and enhance Flow Designer flows, Service Catalog items, and request fulfilment processes.
• Must have some SPM/ITBM experience. (Strategic Portfolio Management.)
• Automate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations, including Active Directory integration.
• Support upgrade preparation, remediation, testing, and post‑upgrade stabilisation.
• Perform platform configuration and operational troubleshooting.
