Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, configure, and support SPM solutions. You will implement and customize SPM modules, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

You will develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer flows, plus integrations with third-party apps using REST/SOAP APIs. Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics for portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience with 4+ years experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
