Job summary

People Prime Worldwide seeks an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst in Hyderabad with 10+ years in IT and 8+ years in business analysis focused on ServiceNow implementations. You will partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes, design solutions, and drive UAT and training materials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in business analysis focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules ITSM required; exposure to SPM, WSD a plus; experience in Now Assist implementation.
• Familiar with ServiceNow best practices, data model, and platform constraints.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
• Lead workshops for process mapping, requirement validation, and solution design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, and facilitate decision making.
• Support testing activities; help create test cases, coordinate UAT, capture defects, and validate fixes.
• Prepare implementation documentation, release notes, and end-user guides.
• Ability to map business processes and recommend process optimizations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with SAFe Agile framework and ServiceNow Agile board.
• Familiarity with integrations.
