Job summary

Endava is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to analyze business needs, design scalable blueprints and collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with goals.

You will deliver POCs, demos, and configure ServiceNow modules while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and LDAP/ADFS authentication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and authentication/identity management.
• Experience integrating enterprise software systems and ITIL v4 knowledge.
