Job summary

Endava plc is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with client needs. You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee architecture, and drive integrations with enterprise systems while ensuring governance and security standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, ITIL v4, and experience with CSM, Domain Separation, and REST/SOAP integrations. A proactive, customer-facing mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and solution design.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead guiding dev teams.
• Expertise in Domain Separation, CSM, and integrations.
• Strong relational database knowledge.
• SOA and web services integration (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with LDAP/ADFS for authentication and access management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• ITIL v4 Certification and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
• Preferred: CTA or ITSM/CSM certifications.

• Analyze business needs, current system architecture, and future goals to design optimal ServiceNow solutions.
• Create scalable, maintainable technical blueprints aligned with business requirements and platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using industry-standard protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Ensure architecture aligns with best practices, platform governance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Deliver solution recommendations, proof of concepts (POCs), and demos tailored to client environments.
• Contribute to estimates, proposals, and implementation plans during pre‑sales and RFP phases.
• Participate in client workshops, stakeholder presentations, and solution envisioning sessions.
• Lead cross‑functional technical teams, including developers and administrators, throughout project delivery.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet functional requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and third‑party platforms.
• Conduct testing, validation, and code reviews to ensure technical quality and performance.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training for end‑users and support teams.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Support change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Stay current on ServiceNow product updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices, reusable components, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Familiar with Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
• Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
• Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• ITIL v4 Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications
  Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps pipelines.
  ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).
