Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Tech Lead in Pune to drive end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools. The role requires 15+ years of experience and leadership to coordinate with business analysts, project managers and stakeholders.

Onsite work 4-5 days per week. Focus areas include ITSM, ITOM, and APIs (REST/SOAP). The candidate will guide architecture, ensure best practices, and align with risk standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience including 10 years in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, OMT and Java.
• End-to-end implementation, customization and integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Ability to perform process flow analysis and redesign.
• Produce detailed functional design documents matching customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce technical specifications for custom development and integration requirements.
• Knowledge of automation projects.
• Maintain ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and training.
• Able to manage customers, business analysts, project managers and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, SOX risk frameworks.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, data model customization, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

Work Mode: Onsite(4-5 days must)

• Total 15+ years of experience including 10 years in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, OMT and Java.
• Must have knowledge of end to end implementation, customization and enhancement of ServiceNow and its integration with third party tools
• Must have ability to do process flow analysis and process redesign.
• Responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.
• Responsible for producing a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
• Ability to co team with the Technical Team to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Should have knowledge of automation projects.
• Strong desire to maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self study and utilization of available training.
• Should be able to manage customer and business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders in the project.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, etc.
