Tekskills Inc. in Pune is seeking a ServiceNow Tech Lead with over 15 years IT experience to drive end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM implementations and integrations.

You will design detailed functional specs, lead a technical team, and ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX risk controls while staying current with ServiceNow developments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience including 10 years in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, OMT and Java.
• Must have knowledge of end to end implementation, customization and enhancement of ServiceNow and its integration with third party tools.
• Must have ability to do process flow analysis and process redesign.
• Responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.
• Responsible for producing a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
• Ability to co team with the Technical Team to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Should have knowledge of automation projects.
• Strong desire to maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self study and utilization of available training.
• Should be able to manage customer and business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders in the project.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, etc.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, data model customization, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Responsabilités

• Lead ServiceNow technical design and implementation across ITSM, ITOM and integrations.
• Provide consultation on best practices and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Develop detailed functional design documents and technical specifications for custom development and integrations.
• Coordinate with technical team and stakeholders to drive delivery and automation initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date ServiceNow knowledge through ongoing training and self-study.
