Job Description: experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in FSM, ITSM, CMDB, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, leading customer workshops, creating solution blueprints, and driving platform modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across FSM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
2. Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and user experience designs using UI Builder and Service Portal.
4. Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
5. Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, instance health assessments, and best‑practice implementations.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
