Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Tech Lead in Pune for on-site engagements. The role demands 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and integrations with external tools.

You will drive end-to-end implementations, design detailed functional specs, and lead automation initiatives. You will manage customers, business analysts, and PMs, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX frameworks.

Qualifications

• Over 15+ years total experience with at least 10 years in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, OMT and Java.
• End-to-end implementation, customization and integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools.
• Ability to analyze processes and redesign workflows.
• Produce detailed functional design documents to match customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to draft technical specifications for custom development and integrations.
• Experience with automation projects within ServiceNow.
• Maintain up-to-date ServiceNow knowledge via self-study and training.
• Able to manage customers, business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects including design, development, and deployment.
• Guide integration efforts with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define and document detailed functional designs aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with the tech team to create technical specifications for custom development and integrations.
• Drive automation initiatives within ServiceNow and related tooling.
• Mentor and manage stakeholders, including customers and project managers.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of industry risk frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, data model customization, and integrations.

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Onsite(4-5 days must)

• Total 15+ years of experience including 10 years in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, OMT and Java.
• Must have knowledge of end to end implementation, customization and enhancement of ServiceNow and its integration with third party tools
• Must have ability to do process flow analysis and process redesign.
• Responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.
• Responsible for producing a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
• Ability to co team with the Technical Team to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Should have knowledge of automation projects.
• Strong desire to maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self study and utilization of available training.
• Should be able to manage customer and business analysts, project managers and other stakeholders in the project.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, etc.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, data model customization, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
