Job summary

Capgemini India is looking for a ServiceNow SAM Pro specialist to implement and configure asset management, licenses, and contracts. You will integrate SAM with Discovery, SCCM, Intune, and CJ tools, build dashboards, and drive cost savings through license optimization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions, leveraging Business Rules, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub in a dynamic, global Capgemini environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAM Pro, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Advanced JavaScript, Glide Script, and Workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro, publisher packs, and software models.
• Manage the software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Configure licenses, entitlements, contracts, and ELP.
• Perform normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and compliance audits.
• Integrate SAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for license optimization and cost savings.
• Configure forms, tables, workflows, and automation processes.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Design and maintain Service Portal pages and widgets.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, code reviews, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Your Profile

• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), ITAM framework, CMDB, and Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Scripting & Development: Advanced JavaScript, Glide Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
• Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and connecting third-party discovery tools (SCCM, Flexera, Intune).
• Platform Tools: ServiceNow Discovery and Flow Designer
• Preferred Certification - CSA, CIS-ITSM, ITIL Foundation Certification
