Job summary

UST in India is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer to lead the license lifecycle implementation and optimization. You will design entitlements, software models, and discovery patterns within SAM Pro while managing Publisher Packs for Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM licensing.

Responsibilities include automating software requests via Shopping Hub and Service Catalog, building workflows for license reclamation, and integrating asset management with procurement to generate entitlements from PO data.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and configuring the ServiceNow SAM Pro module including entitlements, software models and discovery patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Publisher Packs for license management (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM).
• Proficiency with integration of SAM with Shopping Hub, Service Catalog, and external vendor portals.

Responsibilities

Data Management: Skilled in using Transform Maps and Data Loads to ingest bulk entitlement data from legacy systems. Certifications: Typically requires ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SAM). Direct experience with SaaS License Management for cloud-based vendors. Knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks, particularly Service Request and Asset Management.
