Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow Administration and Development experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
