Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to design, configure, and support ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform. You will work across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge modules while maintaining catalog items and automated workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer, plus integration skills (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Hands-on expertise with Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting IT Service Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer, with additional experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems considered a strong advantage.
