Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India seeks a ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to design, configure, and support ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with incident, problem, change, request, knowledge modules and service catalog items.

Experience with Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential; ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Hands-on expertise with Service Catalog and Flow Designer
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting IT Service Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer, with additional experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems considered a strong advantage.
