Job summary

BCE Global Tech - A Bell Canada Company in Bengaluru seeks a ServiceNow Specialist to configure and customize ServiceNow applications, creating forms, workflows, notifications and reports to meet business needs.

You will integrate ServiceNow with other systems, design flows using Flow Designer, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver robust solutions. The role requires 3–6 years of ServiceNow experience, strong scripting skills, and EST shift availability.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience with ServiceNow
• Scripting: Client scripts, Business rules, Script Includes, UI Components
• ITSM module mandatory; telecom order management helpful
• REST/SOAP integration experience; Scripted REST API creation a plus
• Experience designing flows/subflows via Flow Designer
• Willing to work in EST shift

• Experience in designing Flows/Subflow via Flow designer
• Willing to work in EST shift
