Job summary

Capgemini in India is hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to drive enterprise-scale IT operations transformation. You will design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions across PAN India locations, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

The role requires hands-on scripting with JavaScript and Glide API, plus REST/SOAP integrations and ITIL-aligned operations. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and integrate monitoring tools to enhance observability.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and IT Operations expertise.
