Job summary

QBrainX Inc in Coimbatore is seeking an ITOM expert to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions. You will configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration, and build integrations using MID Servers and APIs.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ITOM experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with ITSM, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure accurate CMDB data and effective service mapping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of servers, databases, applications, network devices, and cloud services.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or related certifications preferred.
