Job summary

Input Zero Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on ITOM experience to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions in Bengaluru, India.

You will work on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, while scripting in JavaScript and integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. A CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ITOM and related modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.

• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.


• Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.


• Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.


• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.


• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM.


• Good knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management.


• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.


• Experience with integrations and APIs.


• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.
