Job summary

NowVia is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful ITOM solutions for enterprise clients. Location is PAN India; 4+ years of experience is expected.

Candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in ITOM modules, MID Server, and REST/SOAP integrations. You will design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions while collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve operational visibility and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Proficient in MID Server configuration, patterns, probes, and sensors.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Understanding CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and governance.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
