Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include deploying Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration, configuring MID Servers, building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and ensuring CMDB data quality within the CSDM framework. Relevant ITSM processes knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CMDB, CSDM framework knowledge and infrastructure concepts
• MID Server setup and integrations
• Good understanding of ITSM processes
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs

• Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
