Tekskills seeks an expert in CMDB/ITOM to lead and govern ServiceNow CMDB initiatives. You will shape CMDB strategy, drive CI normalization and reconciliation, and ensure accuracy across hybrid cloud environments and enterprise-scale infra.

Ideal candidate brings 10+ years in CMDB/ITOM, 5+ years with ServiceNow CMDB, and deep knowledge of CSDM, discovery, and service mapping. Strong ITSM and observability experience is required.
