Tekskills seeks an expert to lead CMDB/ITOM initiatives with deep hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience. You will drive CSDM adoption, implement service mapping, discovery, and graph connectors, and manage CI normalization and reconciliation across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

10+ years in CMDB / Configuration Management / ITOM roles.
5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
Strong expertise in CSDM framework, Service Mapping, Discovery, Service Graph Connectors.
CI normalization and reconciliation skills.
Experience building CMDB for Hybrid cloud environments and enterprise-scale infra.
Understanding of ITSM processes, ITOM, AIOps and observability.
Experience running CMDB governance and certification programs.
