Job summary
PineQ Lab in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Full Stack Engineer specializing in ServiceNow ITOM with 5+ years of experience to design, develop and support enterprise-grade ITOM solutions.
You will troubleshoot incidents, implement proactive monitoring, apply ITIL and SDLC practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to automation and GenAI driven enhancements. Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI is advantageous and the candidate should work independently as SME.

- Proficient in incident management and application support activities.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
