Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Chennai seeks an experienced Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). You will gather HR requirements and translate them into HRSD solutions, collaborating with HR stakeholders, operations, and development teams.

Responsibilities include creating BRD/FRD, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT, testing, and production rollout within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders, HR operations, technical teams, and ServiceNow developers.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of HR Service Delivery, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog.
• Analyze and improve HR processes using ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
• Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Support UAT, functional testing, defect resolution, and production implementation.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Provide functional support and resolve business/process-related issues.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos
