Job summary

Enfluence It Services in Hyderabad is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or CSM. You will work in a hybrid mode, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to deliver enterprise transformations.

The ideal candidate has strong scripting and integration skills (REST/SOAP), familiarity with ITIL processes, and a proven ability to customize workflows, forms, and UI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps & GRC).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.

Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development and implementation experience across multiple ServiceNow modules for one of our client, who is a ServiceNow Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Configure workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support CMDB design, data governance, and service mapping initiatives.
• Participate in solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of ServiceNow environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
• Hands-on implementation experience in at least 2 of the following ServiceNow modules:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Security Operations (SecOps) & GRC
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
